What are good PSO modfication resources?

Can some recommend sources with theory and instructions regarding using the gameshark and similiar devices to create custom weapons and percentages for offline use?

Hmm, codebreaker is more powerfull, but your best option is to download PSO PC and make the items there with trainers, that's usually faster and you can create more then one weapon at a time, if you want on the dreamcast, just find a way to connect online with both chars (pso pc and pso dc) and then transfer the items to the dreamcast pso char.
