"The worst macross(and dreamcast) game ever"

Well, I´ll make it short, when I saw the 4.0 the boys from IGN gave to this pitiful excuse for a game, I didn´t believe that the game could be That bad,mainly because they also destroyed Macross VFX2 for PSX and in my personal opinion it is the best macross game out there, so I was trying to believe in the game producers(Shoeisha), until I played M3, and believe me, IGN´s boys were MAGNIFICENT with this piece of...,mmm,bad game, truly bad, bad with capital B.

Graphics 1/10

For this I bought my dreamcast?, I have never seen so many slowdown and fog in a game, it`s just pathetic, the intro it`s the only good thing, It`s really awesome.But make yourself a favor, and please, don`t ever think to buy this game just for that.

Sound 0/10

You will be so busy trying not to get crazy playing this game, that you don´t ever notice how bad ìs the music, the sound effects are BAD, an example: The gunpod sounds like somebody with an intestinal trouble.

Slow, slow, I mean Slooowwwww.Actually, it plays like macross plus, but in slowdown, the figther mode is ok, the gerwalk game is bad and robot is worst, there are few buttons to push, one for gunpod, other for accelerate(decreases boost power) and one for seek the nearest enemy in robot mode, also in both gerwalk and robot, you can`t go down, only up and even that decreases your very short boost gauge

Bad graphics? terrible sound? slow-to-death controls? and, listen carefully, a VF-1 firing only two, yes you read TWO
missiles?The missiles, unlike every macross game to date, are a SPECIAL ATTACK¡, and worse, the special attack are performed like in macross plus game edition, when the game think it`s convenient, a message(the green HUD turns red) in screen prompt you to press a button in order to release them, but the problem is that you never know when is that, for example, I chased an enemy in jet form for about 20 second right behind him, and very close, but the message never came, so I was unable to fire my 2 missiles.

The only thing worth of my money is the intro. The game producer must be happy, they have killed Macross M3 in everyway a game can be killed. congratulations Shoeisha, congratulations for the worst macross game in the gaming history¡
