Graphics
Good Detail on the maps. The ships don't really look half bad. But it would have been nice to see this game in high-res, well I guess we just all have to get Giga Wing 2 so we can see a high-res shooter. The Drawings are done really well. Especially of Morrigan and The Leader of the Queen Pirates if you catch my drift. Other than that pretty standard graphics for a 2D Shooter.

Control
Nice Control layout. The R button is perfect for the rapid fire button, it just seems to be convenient right there. The other buttons aren't hard to get to either, making the game really easy to get used to, even for beginning game players. The Game is also very responsive to the controls and that is always a big plus in mine and most everyone else's book. Nothing really bad to comment in this section.

Game Play
Really good gameplay, I can't believe someone didn't recommend me this game when it first came out. I could have been enjoying this game so much longer if I would have known. And thank you who did recommend this game to me (Thanks Pat!). I love this game and I don't think it can get much better than this. Good challenge in this game too. I am so scared to even touch any level above like 4, but thats probably because I'm new at the game, but still I don't think I will ever be not scared of level 5 and higher. Its a mad challenging game and that gives me something to work for, unlike alot of other games out there.

Sound
Standard music for a 2D shooter, I guess. Nothing that stands out in my mind as exceptionally good in this department. But nothing stands out in my mind as bad either. Sound effects are good, and put in the right places. I mean there are some games out there when some sound effects come out at the wrong times but this isn't one of those games. I would probably have to call this a game with flawless sound effects, even though thats not saying much since all games should have flawless sound effects.

Replay Value
The challenge will keep you going. I mean I have already played through the game like 5 times, and I know that doesn't sound like alot buts thats because I have just gotten a bunch of new games. I have to finish the game alot more though. There are still a number of endings I haven't seen, and then I have to go for the two player endings, and then I need to start popping that difficulty higher. So I will definetely get enough time out of this game.

Buy or Rent
Buy this game if you are going to play it. I don't think a 5 day rental would give you enough time to do everything in this game. And plus its only like $20 most places. So what are you waiting for. This is one of the must have games of the Dreamcast. No one should live without this game. Awesome game at an affordable price. Go get it now.
