"The biggest disappointment in recent history..."

Okay, keep in mind that I am a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan, open to all sorts of new ideas. I loved Sonic Spinball and Sonic 3D Blast was quite good even though it wasn't made by Sonic Team. Here we have Sonic Shuffle the second newest installment in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. You can play as Sonic, Amy, Knuckles, and Tails. I won't even elaborate on the horrible story line, I'd rather save you the reading. In Sonic Shuffle is a complete, rushed rip-off of the popular Mario Party and worse. You won't be able find 4 friends to play because you'll hate the game as will they. Here's how it works: you randomly choose cards in hope that one of them is good. The computer always picks the 100% correct card. You then choose the direction you want to move. There are various annoying factors like you have to land on an ''air square'' underwater. If you have a Dreamcast and like (or love) Sonic please beware of this game as it will ignite a burning fire of hatred toward both Sega and Sonic Team. How could they do this to Sonic??

Graphics: 7/10
Decent graphics that are a rip-off of Jet Grind Radio's shading technique. The ONLY thing this game has to offer.

Sound: 2/10
Annoying tunes fill each stage to make you pull your hair out. There are also a ton of tedious repetitive phrases and effects. Is this really Sonic music? Let's hope not...

Gameplay: 1/10
This is where Sonic Shuffle should succeed and where it fails the most. Between the incredible slow, annoying board play to the poor ''boss fights'' you'll turn off your Dreamcast faster than Sonic SHOULD move. The story as mentioned earlier, is pure garbage as well. Chinese torture is more fun than playing Sonic Shuffle.

Lasting Appeal: 2/10
I haven't played this #$@#*&% piece of crap in over a year. and I am currently looking to sell it (or give it away). You will play it a little to try to find redeeming value, when you realize there isn't any, you get pissed off and bash it in a review...

Overall: 3/10
If it weren't for the graphics this would be a 0. Quite possibly the worst video game of all time...
