"The 2K series that made Dreamcast great"

Well I guess this is Dreamcasts last hope and I think it is a good one while I haven't played my Dreamcast until I bought this game last week. I said when I got enough money I would buy it well I finally got the money and bought it because there are not that many Playstation 2 games out that I want so I picked NBA 2K2.

Gameplay: This game is fun if your a sports fan of you love basketball. It has the same gameplay of the past series NBA 2K and NBA 2K1 which were the best selling sports games of all time and the best game for the Dreamcast system. The games control is simple with the passing icons makes it easy to give it to your best player ( Michael Jordan ) and get the bucket. The newest thing that is on the NBA 2K2 game is the steal system is were you can get into the passing lane and start a fast break ( Jason Kidd ) also there is a better and smarter then last past two games where they also get into the passing lane and could hurt you. 10

Story: Well you pick the team you want to be and try and go all the way to the NBA finals along the way your players get hurt or if your fed up with someone ship them away for another player in the game. With the trade system were you can get any player you can have your own all star team ( cheaters ) 7.5

Audio: Its the same as the past two but there is more chatting on the floor with the players and the coaches. The comentary on this game has most of the same lame lines as the past two games also. 8.0

Video: Graphics are the best of the three with the cool facial expersions thats a new thing to see them close there eyes or open there mouth when they are taking it to the rack. The downside of these expersions is that they don't have the Michael Jordan's expersion with the tonugh sticking out. 10

Replayability: Once you beat the game there not a good chance that you will play it again but you should play the francise mode which Dreamcast had made this famous also the francise mode with the football, baseball, and college football. There is the online play which is a fun time and that you play people across the United States ( God Bless America ) which has build on the last years NBA 2K1. 9.5

Buy: I bought mine at Target for $35.95 I think it went down because the Dremcast has gone down to $50.00 and I would think that a game would never be close to a cost of a system like this.

If you have a Dreamcast you need this game to have to your collection
