"Sega has once again delivered a fresh game"

Floigan Bros. is your typical Sunday morning sibling-hate kind of a show. The guys at Sega have done it again, bringing Dreamcast owners yet another original approach to gaming.

Developer: Visual Concepts (Sega Internal Divison)

Graphics:
-----------
FB has some really neat graphics. Its got a cartoony-looking world with bright textures which do justice to the games basis. The character modelling is also smooth and of exceptionally high quailty.Birds chirp and sing and the coulourful world comes to life with a nice, unrealistic and original world. The textures are of hi-resolution,and the frame-rate just keeps the game going on a steady pace.Despite some jaggies (no anti-aliasing),on the characters, the game still gives a polished and refined look.9/10

Controls:
----------
Controlling Moigle will become second nature as you get accustomed with the games easy controlling nature. There is a simple and easy to navigate world, yet detailed with everything so typical of comedy slap-sticks.The control interface,at the far right of the screen, depicts the actions that can be done with the nearest environment.Though character interaction is aplenty in the game,it never becomes a chore.9/10

GamePlay:
-----------
The game is kind of an action/adventure oriented game with high level of interaction.Quite original in the department, and quite engaging too.As you get acquainted with the controls, the gameplay will shine.Talking, examing objects is the basis of the game, and it never gets boring.Sometimes,Hoigle will want to play a game with you,or bet you,so the game has some nice mini-games to accompany the adventure.8/10

Sound:
--------
Prety decent voice acting here.Hoigles voice does its job quite well, well Moigle sounds a tad retarded, but certainly, this doesnt hurt the game.An on-going `comedy` tunes plays in the background at all times, retaining the games fresh nature.7/10

Overall:
----------
The game has some problems though.Sometimes,Moigle will bump into things coming into his way, while you run. This isnt frequent, and since running is so important in the game, this can get frustrating. The game is also very short, usually can be completed in an hour or so at the most.Youll have the same mini-games to play, and the same mission objective.Otherwise, despite the games short nature, this is worth a buy,and since Dreamcast games retail very cheap nowadays, this title should not be missed.

Rent or Buy?
I say buy it.This is good for anyone who enjoys new and good games.Despite it not selling so well, this truly does give you one heck of a good gaming experience.

Overall: 8/10
Trust me,you will not find any other alternate game similar to this one.The guys at Sega have done it yet again.

Games Ratings:
Graphics:9/10
Sound:7/10
Controls:9/10
Gameplay:8/10
Overall:8/10

...Floigan Brothers is a fantastic experiment and experience...

...One of the last acts of the Dreamcast is short, but definitely sweet
