"It's like adding miracle grow on a ship!"

Carrier is a 3D action and puzzle game for the Dream cast. It is very similar to Resident Evil... some say it is a clone but I say it is a very good one.

Game Play: This game plays pretty well. You go around in a 3D environment. You solve puzzles, open doors, and kill monsters. You play the entire game on a ship(This does make it a bit boring...). There is no major flaws in this game, however there just is not anything special to it. There is one thing I like in this game that resident evil does not do, and that is a first person view. Good

Challenge: The game has a decent array of puzzles in it. The monsters are a bit harder than your average Resident evil monster... Most bosses usually will kill you on your first try... but the FISH BOSS! is cheap... Great

Control: The control is perfect in this game. There is not one flaw in it. Even for a Dream cast controller this game is still great in control. Outstanding

Story: The story is actually pretty good. The only problem with it is that it starts off a little slow... This is big reason it may turn you off a bit... No back to the actually story, it is about you, a guy, are investigating a ship. The ship is filled with ''Plant'' zombies and tons of other monsters. It ends pretty well. Good

Visuals: The graphics in this game are sweet! There is nothing wrong with them, they are great. Some of the monsters are very well done, and will scare the hell out of you. The game is dark in nature and flashes will make you jump (they made me...). Outstanding

Audio: Although the sound effects repeat a lot, they all well done. The ''welder'' makes a noise that will stick in your head from day one. There is not a lot of music in this game, but some songs are really good, as with the boss music. Great

Re playability: There is a new character to play as when you beat the game. Other than that, you most likely will not be going through the game another time... Decent

Pros:
THE WELDER!
Plants instead of zombies!

Cons:
You will want to snap this game in little pieces the 1,000,000th time you run into a mushroom

If you are a fan of this type game, this is a most buy. If you never play a 3D horror game, you should rent this.

This game is well worth nine out of ten!
