"Wow, what a great surprise"

Timestalkers is a good game for a number of reasons. From just glancing at this game, one will probably overlook what a great game this actually is. It is a role playing game that has a complete story, great graphics, and levels to play through. It is unique in several ways, especially in regards to how you can catch a monster and use it as an all in battles, and since there is an endless number of monsters, the ways of battling through dungeons are so numerous.

Graphics 10/10

This game is full of colors and sharp textures. The surroundings look great. However there are a few issues in this department, that don't really bother the gameplay, so its probably not worth mentioning. The character models still look good, and none of the dungeons look the same, they are all remarkably different in appearance and nature that it prevents boredom in any of these dungeons.

Story 10/10

The story manages to live up to its expectations as a result of the numerous characters you are able to choose from and the game allows for the gamer to get to know the character. It also keeps you motivated to keep playing through the game. The number of characters outside those of the playable ones are very numerous and its fun to see how they interact over time.

Sound 10/10

The music is well done and enjoyable in many instances. The music also is able to carry the emotion of the game in certain moments in the game, making it even more enthralling.

Gameplay 10/10

As mentioned earlier the gameplay has a twist in its turn based combat which allows you to employ monsters to aid you when battling through dungeons. This opens many elements into this category resulting in success. Though much time will be spent crawling through dungeons, Timestalkers makes it enjoyable because of the lush graphics and the various amounts of monsters that you encounter.

Overall 10/10

This game does not dissapoint its expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone, from begginners to experts who need a game to play. At first one won't think much of it until it is actually played. There are just a small handful of issues in regard to the flawed saving system, but outside of that everything works. I would also reccommend purchasing this game because of its currently relatively low price and because it is an RPG with a relative amount of replayability invovled like alternate endings.
