"Incoming looks funner than it is"

Genre: 3D Flight Based Shooter

Game Play: 8/10
Incoming is a very entertaining and unique game. The goal of the game is to clear about nine "phases", in each phase you control a different weapon of war. You can use a "space ship," tank, high-speed land vehicle, or even a turret. After clearing a "phase" you are teleported to (or become) the next "weapon of war". When your in a turret you must shoot down as many enemys as possible. When your in a space ship you may be forced to attack an enemy base, or just survive long enough to clear the phase (it's always different). The number of enemys is massive and they fight with everything they got. The area design and layout is very odd. The level design is part of what makes Incoming a very unique game. You might not like Incoming at all, or you may become obsessed with the game for the rest of your life. But even those who hate Incoming must still give it the credit it deserves for being so original.

Graphics: 8/10
Incoming has very, very odd graphics. The FPS (frames per second) is high and the game is very smooth. When there are tons of enemys on screen the game, amazingly, stays very smooth and doesn't skip like like most games do when there are hoards of enemys attacking you from all sides. Plus the game is VERY clear. The game however doesn't look real at all. The area design is extremely well done, this is part of what makes Incoming the unique game it is. When your in a fast vehicle you can explore the massive levels that are filled with dozens and dozens of secret areas and weapons. The way the areas are put together makes the game feel massive even though the levels are actually kinda small. Incoming has ok graphics, but the areas look vey fake.

Sound: 7/10
If you like the classic sound of a laser beam you'll probably like the sound from Incoming. When you first turn the game on you'll be met with lots and lots of steady humming and throbbing noises that can become annoying fast is your in a bad mood. The music may not be what most people enjoy listening to but it's sorta fitting for this odd yet fun game. When you fire lasers you will hear one of the many classic "laser beam" noises out there. The sound the explosions make vary from, realistic sounding explosions, to, kinda fake sounding explosions. The humming some of the aircrafts make can be annoying if you play for too long, but it's mostly not noticeable. Incoming has average sound, it could of used some improvement but it's nothing worth complaining about.

Replay Value: 7/10
Incoming has average replay value. Searching the levels for secrets is very fun, and there are plenty of secret areas to search for. You'll have lots of fun trying to find hidden areas, and once you've found a hidden area you'll have fun exploring the "secret" area you've just found. When your actually trying to beat the game you can become bored easily because of how repetitive the fights can become. Each "phase" can take a long time to clear, and the phases are almost all the same. Most of the time your just shooting down countless enemys, this can become very boring. If you really like Incoming you'll be playing for around two months, if you don't like it too much you'll get bored in under a week, and if you hate it you'll quit playing in an hour.
