"It ain't no Ace Combat."

When I first heard about this game, I was excited, since I am a big fan of flight sim/arcade. And when I bought this "game" and finally got the chance to play with it, I'm sadly disappointed.

Graphics--the only thing that looks good about this game is the aircraft models, all of them are realistic looking. The other graphics aspect of the games sucked. The explosions are horribly done, the buildings and areas are also badly done. This isn't what I expected from a 128-bit flight sim game.

Sound--Can't say anything about it...it's so below of what the DC can do.

Gameplay--Okay, here it's where it counts. Anyone who says that this game plays alot like Ace Combat 2 had obviously NEVER played Ace Combat 2. The planes in Airforce Delta are turtle-slow, and manuevers like a cow. Point is, it's like playing Ace Combat in SLOW-MOTION. Just because Airforce Delta looks like Ace Combat 2 doesn't mean it PLAYS like it.

If you want a great console flight sim, wait for Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere. This junk called Airforce Delta, I recommend throwing it up in the air, launch a stinger missile, and watch it go boom.
