Password Mode
To unlock Password Mode, you must first beat Gash's story on all three levels. Then, you must beat any other character's story on all three levels.
Once these steps have been completed, Password Mode will be added to Omake Mode's menu.

Unlockable Characters
Unlockable How to Unlock
Akatsuki Defeat lvl. 2 Zeon and you will face Akatsuki, defeat him and he becomes a playable character.
Zeon Complete mission mode level 1 with the 7 other characters.

Wiseman
To unlock Wiseman, the powerful Gashbell movie villian, you must complete the following steps:
First, you must beat Time Attack Mode with all other characters, including Zeon, Akatsuki, and Umagon.
-Then, enter the code, "Kotoha no Kokoro" in Omake Mode's Password option. This causes Wiseman to appear as a challenger in Story Mode.
-Complete anyone's story on levels one through three.
-After you beat Zeon on level three, Wiseman will challenge you.
-Beat him in the battle, and Wiseman wil be unlocked!
