This guide (hopefully) lists all the secrets in all the games on
this collection. It also explains how to unlock the games. Blue
Sphere isn't in this guide due to a billion kadrillion passwords.
The controls in this guide are for the default Gamecube options,
where A is B, B is A and C is X.

0. Unlocking games
-----------------------------------
Play all the games mentioned in column 2 for the number (##) of
times in column 3 to unlock the game in column 1.
The trick to unlock them the fastest would be to enter a game
and right after it says "Game Log Recorded", push Z and exit.
Repeat (obviously). Also you can turn it off and continue later as
long as you have a memory card in the machine and it saves.

1. Sonic the Hedgehog
-----------------------------------
At the information screen, push:
Up, Z, Down, Z, Left, Z, Right, Z to play the US version.
Z(x9), Up, Down, Left, Right to play the JP2 version.
At the title screen push Up, X, Down, X, Left, X, Right, X, hold B
while pushing Start until the game starts then push in mid-game:
- A to enable/disable debug mode.
- B to change icon for Sonic (when A is enabled).
- X to allow the icon to materialize (when A is enabled).
- Pause then B to reset.
- Pause then A for slow-motion.
- Pause then X for frame-by-frame.
At the title screen push Up, Down, Left, Right, Hold B, push Start
for a level select.

2. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Knuckles in Sonic 2
-----------------------------------
Play as Sonic and Tails, you can control Tails with controller 2.
Push Up(x3), Down(x3), Up, Start at the title screen to change
Tails' name to Miles.
Hold X while selecting a level in level select and after using the
debug mode trick to darken the level.
For level select in Knuckles in Sonic 2 push Up(x3), Down(x3),
Left, Right, Left, Right, Hold B while pushing Start.
For these final tricks you must enter the sequence of sounds in
the sound test in either the level select menu or the options menu:
Level Select: Enter (19 65 09 17) in the options menu, then go
to the title screen and hold B while pushing Start.
14 Continues: Enter (19 65 09 17 01 01 02 04) in the options
menu, then start a game using the character select.
Debug Mode: Enter (01 09 09 02 01 01 02 04) in the level select
menu, then enter any level with start while holding B. Hold B
until the game starts then push in mid-game:
- A to enable/disable debug mode.
- B to change icon for Sonic (when A is enabled).
- X to allow the icon to materialize (when A is enabled).
- Pause, then B to reset.
- Pause, then A for slow-motion.
- Pause, then X for frame-by-frame.
*In Knuckles in Sonic 2, enter (01 09 09 04 01 00 01 08) instead.
All 7 Emeralds: Enter (04 01 02 06) in the level select menu.
This trick allows super Sonic/Knuckles when you get 50 rings then
jump twice and also allows the good ending.
*In Knuckles in Sonic 2, enter (01 06 07 07 07 02 01 06) instead.

3. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles
-----------------------------------
Play as Sonic and Tails, you can control Tails with controller 2.
Press Up(x2), Down(x2), Up(x4) right after the white background
turns black, but before the title screen, then scroll up on the
main menu to get the hidden level select/sound test. This trick
is extremely difficult to pull off keep in mind...
*In Sonic 3 & Knuckles, start a new game, then in the first level,
grab a swinging vine, then press Left(x3), Right(x3), Up(x3), if
you hear a ring, press Start, B, then scroll up for the menu.
Start a level in level select while holding B for Debug Mode.
Hold B until the game starts then push in mid-game:
- A to enable/disable debug mode.
- B to change icon for Sonic (when A is enabled).
- X to allow the icon to materialize (when A is enabled).
- Pause, then B to reset.
- Pause, then A for slow-motion.
- Pause, then X for frame-by-frame.
This also allows you to become super Sonic/Knuckles when you
materialize a monitor and then jump on it.
*In Sonic 3 & Knuckles, select Mushroom Hill in level select, then
go to a pulling machine and push Left(x3), Right(x3), Up(x3) first.
Enter the sequences in the following codes in the sound select.
All 7 Emeralds: Enter (02 04 05 06). This trick allows super
Sonic/Knuckles when you get 50 rings then jump twice and also
allows the good ending.
Secret Stage: Enter (01 03 05 07), then select special stage 2
with start while holding B.

4. Sonic & Knuckles
-----------------------------------
For a level select in the first zone hang off a pulling machine
then push: Left(x3), Right(x3), Up(x3), Start, B, then highlight
either character and push start while holding B.

5. Sonic 3D Blast
-----------------------------------
At the title screen push A, B, Right, B, X, Up, Down, B,
then start a new game for a level select.
You can then pause the game and push B to skip the level, too.

6. Sonic Spinball
-----------------------------------
In the options screen push:
B, Down, A, Down, X, Down, B, A, Up, B, X, Up, A, X, Up,
then on the title screen push start while holding either:
B for level 2, A for level 3, X for level 4.

7. Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
-----------------------------------
At the title screen, push Left, B, A, or X on controller 1 to
control the letters in 'Mean', use controller 2 for 'Bean'.
When playing a 1-player game, push Left or Right on controller 2
to slow the CPU down.
Passwords:
R=Red, Y=Yellow, B=Blue, P=Purple, G=Green, C=Clear, H=HasBean.
Easy:
2 - RRRH 3 - CPCG 4 - RCHY 5 - CBBP 6 - CRCP 7 - PYRB
8 - YGPH 9 - YPHB 10- RYCH 11- GPBC 12- RHHY 13- YHBB
Normal:

8. Flicky

Start a game, and then hold Up + A + X + Start, release all the
buttons on the round screen, then you can select the level.
