This guide was created for those who can’t find that elusive
Pokemon they need to get their last Platinum Nice Card.

All data has been collected personally by me.
Yes I physically sat down and visited every location under
every weather condition at every time of day and day of the
week until all pokemon were found. By changing the Gamecube
timer many many times it only took me 3 days to complete this FAQ.
So please respect the time and effort I put into this FAQ and don’t
steal.

The times of day are separated as follows:
Morning: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Day: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Evening: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
To change the weather, just watch the Slowpoke Weather Channel
and hope for the change you need.

Ruins of Truth (Interior)
Only one pokemon is here all the time and that’s Golbat. After you find
the missing Pichu Bros. Disc, return to the Ruins and answer another
question. Getting it right raises the Golbat (Statue) and earns you
the Golbat Nice Card.

I’m not sure but Blaziken, Latias and Latios may need to be seen on the news
before they can be seen.
