statusAre you trying to shoot the tower? Well, that's easy. You just shoot it with a missile. That's it. Then it falls and leads you to an important item that I won't say. Hope this helps!
Do you have the Plasma Beam? If not, you won't be able to shoot the tank, unless you melt the ice that is covering the window

If you are talking about the one in the pirate facility, then it is probally the one you see that is in the cordite tank( You can't see what's inside) You need to get the super missile that is in the observatory. You have to power up the four switches at the bottom using boost ball and when all four are powered up, climb to the top using the platforms . The super missile power up is on a platform in the middle at the very top, oh and there's a save station too
Did you use the power bomb and the other bomb
