It doesnt matter what two cheats I put in, it only allows two of them. Why is that?

What does it do when you try to put in a third cheat.

After you put two cheats in, exit then re-enter and put in two more, repeat.

If you are talking about how the cheats have two lines (Ex, put one in, put another in then the cheat is accepted), then yuo just leave then put another in.
