Asked on: 1/20 1:47AMI found a "Booma's right arm", and google'd it, and now I'm talking to Dr Montague in Dr Osto's Research with the item in tow... and he's talking about Elenor as usual. Any special criteria I must meet?
You MUST complete Doc's Secret Plan first, then go to either Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door and talk to Dr. Montague and he will change enemy parts for you.
If you beat both Dr. Osto's Research and Unseald Door, then you must complete all the missions. When they are all complete, you then have the option of doing any mission you desire. Here you can go to the aforementioned mission and convert enemy parts.

statusYou have to help Dr. Montague in Doc's Secret Plan first. Then you should be able to get the animal part examined.
I think you have to complete soul of steel before being able to convert enemy parts to weapons.
