What does mr.gameandwatch look like ?

I was wondering if it was the dragon in the intro with samus becaus a cheat said use his bucket on one of ness's moves and it looked like it had a sort of bucket in it's claw

That dragon is Ridley, the antagonist of Metroid (Samus' series).

The "dragon" from the opening movie is known as Ridley.
