You have to have Tricky dig for a Triangle Block, a Circle Block and Square Block somewhere around the Village, then put them in the correct place on top of the large mound. That will open up a door into the mound. Once there, go to the big stack of blocks and stand on it to start the totem pole spinning around. Shoot each piece so that it lines back up facing you. Then enter the next door and make your way to the Krazoa Spirit and the Test of Fear (good luck on that! That is very hard)

Actually once you place the blocks into the correct places on the mound, three pillars will appear in various places in the water. Go up the ones nearest to the mound and use the boost pad to get on top of the pillar where the totem pole is. Then go across the bridge to the hut, down the ladder, and across to the Chief Lightfoot. After you've completed the Lightfoot tests (one of which, is very hard.) you will be allowed access underneath the mound. Then you have to shoot the totum pole until it lines up facing you (which may take a while... It did for me) then you can take the Test of Fear to earn a Krazoa Spirit.
