Pikmin

The UV lamp isn't too difficult to get but it's hard for me to explain without looking at it. You need at least 15 yellow pikmin to get up to it. There's a ramp nearby that goes up into a mazey looking area. take the pikmin up that, then i think you can throw the pikmin up along the outer ledge that's raised up a bit. Have Olimar walk around mid-level closer to where the UV Lamp is but don't jump in the hole in the middle. If you get the pikmin over there you can throw them high enough.

the second part i think is the chronos reactor. you need something like 20 (maybe 30?) blue pikmin. near the corner is a block with a yellow flower on it. throw them up there and jump up with the water spring. throw them 10 at a time into the flower and turn them into yellow pikmin. then throw them from the block to the edge of the beach. from there throw the yellow pikmin up to the part, and after its down from the ledge turn the pikmin blue again with the flower on the beach.
