Hi, I was wondering "How do i get these presents with ballons on them?" all they do is float above the town and goes out of town.
You have to follow it around until it hits a tree.
If the tree does not have fruit, money, etc. in it, then you can shake it to get the present.

statusAs a little addition to the previous answer: If the balloon is really close to a tree with fruit in it, pull out an axe and whack the tree once. This is noticably faster than shaking.
