You could wait, or just let him mate with someone, and get rid of the egg.

statusIt takes a long while for your Chao to stop breeding. The best way to make sure Calvin won't breed is by placing him in a Chao Garden by himself and just sit in that garden and wait until the flowers goes away completely. It'll be a while, but it shouldn't take too long.
