Mario can not take Yoshi to other levels. However, Yoshi can be found in other levels and hatched by feeding him the type of fruit in the egg's thought bubble. In some levels, Yoshi can only be found in certain episodes. If you mean secret / special stages, no. If you do not know what a secret / special stage is, an example of a secret stage is the area in which you find the shine in "The Hillside Cave Secret" in Bianco Hills. The red coin area in "The Sand Bird is Born" in Gelato Beach is an example of a Special Stage
