What's the one item in the animal statue room that's on the eagle?

The map said I didn't fully "explore" this room, meaning collect all the items, when I grabbed everything in it. I noticed something shining on the eagle statue, but the wasn't something I could grab. I've already beat the game multiple times, and I'm just curious as to what this item is.

There is no item in the eagle statue, the items you can find in that room are:

- Red Gemstone
- Yellow Gemstone
- Handgun Magazine (only on Hard)
- Shotgun Shells (only with Chris on Easy and Normal)
- Grenade Shells (only with Jill on Easy and Normal)
- Dagger

There is also a file on the table in the middle of the room, I am pretty sure those count as items.

The item that looks like it is on top of the Eagle is actually a dagger that is on the table in the corner. Just walk along the wall there until you run into the table and then grab the dagger.
