What's determines an A ranking?

Simple question. What time do it need? Can I use FASs (Not that I ever do, just curious.)? How many saves are allowed? How many retries (Again, curiosity. I don't see the point of retries, I just load my save if I die.)?

I just got a B with almost 5:30 (watched every cut scene) and 6 saves, I want to know how close I am. Thanks in advance.

Ok i think the time is less than 4hours 30 minutes, or shorter you cannot save at all except for the disc change, you have to save steve quickly from the luger room, give the medicine to rodrigo, you cant use any first aid sprays, and you cant retry at all so thats about it.

Damn. That all seems easy enough except for the no saving. I don't know why, but the hunters outside of the the training facility always kill me at least once. Anyway, thanks.
