Im planing buying this game and I wanna know if I can create one or numeral characters.
No, you can't create any characters. There are 6 characters' stories you can play through.
Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, Knuckles the Echidna, Big the Cat, Amy Rose, & E-102 gamma.
At first only Sonic's story is avilable. All other characters are unlocked by encountering them in a previously
unlocked story. Once you complete all 6 stories, the final Super Sonic stage is unlocked.
