Im married and ive been waiting FOREVER for my wife to just MAKE A BABY!! I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plz help.
Make sure your Love on the friends list is full for that sim and keep kissing, hugging etc. anything that makes her happy and after a couple of minutes she should say something like "Should we have a baby" then click yes and POOF there's your baby. Also sometimes a sim will call asking you if you want to adopt a baby you can click yes on that to and again POOF there's your baby.
