Like, can i blow them up with a specific attack, or is there no way?
There is no way to remove them. They simply are marking off the "borders" of Dark Aether, the sections of the map you will never visit while you're there, despite the fact that there's something there in Light Aether. Simply ignore them and be on your way. :)

statusThere's no way clear them, just ignore them, there is no possible way to get passed/around them at all. thay have no impact what-so-ever on the storyline
