The case says it is and I don't know how.

It says it is on the back cover.
From Tails333's FAQ for the GBA game; after linking, the GBA screen will provide hints to the GC stages you are in.

statusI don't believe Everything or Nothing is Gameboy Advanced compatible as far as I know.
