Asked on: 2/23 1:34PMI have purchased and took back 3 Scooby-Doo games by THQ. Everyone does the same thing. When I turn gamecube on, the disc doesn't seem to load up. I find it hard to believe it is the disc. Is there another reason they don't work? All other games work. My son is so disappointed, he is only 6 and hard for him to understand. I am frustrated also. Please help us!

statusIt's more than likely a problem with your system, specifically the lens. If you even push it out slightly out of alignment by accident then you're pretty much screwed.
This is very weird. What is the name of the Scooby-Doo game? My little brother bought one for the PS2 I own and something similar happened. I have somthing similar on mine, but mine is that NO disc works. Mine was a gift from a family that had two already though.. You should buy another GameCube. They are only about $30 at Gamestop, and I need to get one from there too.
Same with my Gamecube. It has to be the lens.
I dont think you can fix it.
Where did you buy the game? is it in region or a backup because that could be the problem
Clean the lens. Use some compressed air. DON'T use your breath.
