Asked on: 10/22 10:32PMCurrently I am going into Chapter 6. I have powered up all my partners but now I have an extra 3 shine sprites and going to hunt for more. So which partners should I power up to ultra first?
You won't be significantly hurt by doing them in whatever order you prefer, so you're best off picking whichever partners you already favor, or check one of the Partner FAQs to see if one of their Ultra Rank moves looks appealing. I personally prefer Goombella, whose Rally Wink can be used to give Mario a second turn. Useful if you have a good Mario-centric badge setup.

status.It's all up to you, really. Power up whoever you like using.
I prefer Bobbery because of his attack and health.
Goombella is best if your tattling otherwise choose Yoshi.
There's no absolute right or wrong here. If you tend to use one partner significantly more than others, then power that partner up first. Otherwise, just pick one at random. There are enough Shine Sprites in the game to get all partners to Ultra level, so you won't miss out on any of them.
Its really your choice, but i'd go w/ bobbery. Bob-ombast is too cool to pass up.
