What level should Ike be at to beat the Black Knight?

I'm on Chapter 25 and Ike is at level 8.

Is it possible to beat him below 20/20?

Yes, but it'ss be hard. Really hard, unless your Ike is godly.

It's possible to beat him below 20/20, the fight is practically all about getting lucky with Aethers and not getting Luna'd.
