The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Question from chunkdohm
Asked on: 4/29 5:44AMI opened the door on the right hand side as you walk in snowpeak instead of the door to put the cannon balls on the lever and blow up the ice beast. I see no way of getting another key and don't want to restart the game 25 hours previously at my only other saving point. Is there another key I can get or another way to get into the 3 cannonball hallway without a key or any way to start that level over. Thanks.

statushum.... it seem if you opened the wrong door, it doesn't matter, cause there's always another key in the room, except the final room (where you get the Big Key), so just search well, you must find one, or check in previous rooms...
Good Luck
There is one small chest that contains a small key, however it's completely buried by snow. To remove the snow you'll have to dig, I believe it was twice, where the chest is to completely unbury it.
If you don't know the location of the chest, then I suggest getting the compass. As once you have the compass, the area where chest is will be sparkling like when there's a buried object (you'll need to have wolf Link's senses on to see the sparkling area).
Do you have an exact spot for the door, that could help narrow it down to how far into the temple you are.
Well, that room does has a key, but u cant SEE it. You need to DIG it out. It's somewhere about near the empty door and between the monster I think. I had a little trouble too. Go through the window and make ur way to get the compass. It'll be VERY helpfull, (like chocobo Hot&Cold... Choco: Kwww-eeehh?)
No you dont have to restart your game. The creators of Twilight Princess (or any of The Legend of Zelda games) made it impossable to not finish a dungeon. Just look carefully at the areas you've been in already. Who knows, maybe you'll find something that will get you in the right direction for beating the dungeon.
As far as I know, there is no WRONG door to open. Though opening some may make it harder or more confusing trying to get to the objective. If there was a wrong door, they would probably remake the layout of the dungeon so that newer people don't get stuck.
You dont have to restart the temple. just use your compass, and it'll tell you where all the treasure chests are. there will probably be one in either the room you just opened, or somewhere else in the temple. but there is one, and you can find it if you try. but if you dont have your compass, then you'll have to look around the whole temple the manual way which will take longer because you wont know where to look.
good luck! :)
Do you have the compass?
No just do the rooms there and then look for another key simple good luck:)
There is always another key somewhere! Nintendo has a great way of making their Legend of Zelda games; it's impossible to not be able to beat a dungeon. like people before me have said, there is probably a key buried in the snow in the large room. It is quite dificult to see, and for some reason sense doesn't work on it, though there may be a tiny bit of the chest sticking out. just dig until you find it, because you will!
Good luck on the game!
