Ok i have recently bought a Gamecube Action Replay disk that has skipped me to #2 on the blacklist where i still have to meet all of Razors requirements however the milestones for him are locked and all of the parts for different vehicles are locked when i can still buy all of the cars, not being able to upgrade any of my more exotic cars is making it verry hard to play is there a way to some how unlock the parts without restarting the hole game?
