I am wondering how to get unlimited nitrous. I have beaten the game so why cant I get unlimited?

statusnot sure why its not working for you. but maybe you can help me since you have beaten the game. in the last race when you get the BMW back and you have to outrun the cops. when Mia finaly tells you to go to the old bridge get away where the **** is is the bridge. what side of town is it on? and since you can't use your world map I cant find it could you please HELP. THANKS.
