I cant get chaser ive looked and i still cant get him can somebody help me

statusAh, this is a tough one to get. First, get Top Pirate of the Grand Line, one of the hardest achivements in story mode. In order to get this, get all characters for any pirate captain you already have, and get all of the treasures.
That should unlock Chaser for you.
