"Final Fantasy+Yu-Gi-Oh+Strategy= CHING CHING!!!"

One small step for Yu-Gi-Oh, one giant leap for Yu-Gi-Oh-kind! This is a truly amazing game. Ever hear of the sad excuse for a game, Sonic DX? I traded that game for this, and thank God I did! (I may soon write a review for Sonic DX, but that's a story for a another time) This game is a change from the daily grind, with great graphics, sound, gameplay, of course, a great challenge! First things first, this game HAS NO CARDS... NO BIG DEAL. I like that! Seriously! It's a good change! If you like this: "Duel!... I summon Hitatsu Me Giant! I equip him with..." (Blah, blah, blah...) "This card's effect will finish you! It!..." (Tick tock tick tock...) "Now! I will finish this duel with!"... (Sigh...) "How did I lose? AAAHHHH!" ... You'll most likely hate this game, because it has NONE of that. Just a warning, so you don't go: "I didn't read about this! There are no cards! Duuuuuuhhhrrrr!!!"... Well, I went a a little overboard with that, huh?... Let's just start.

Gameplay: 9/10
This game's kind of like Final Fantasy. We got three monsters on each side in a battle and they are take-turn battles. Traveling across landscapes, getting new allies, etc. It also has a a war feel to it. Since it's kinda like an RPG, you lvl (level, for those of you with no "RPG slang") up, get items, fight, etc. The downside is how enemies can just come back in a fort. See, when you beat an enemy, they retreat back to their fort, castle, conquered town, fort, etc., and heal. So if you kill units one by one, you will lose, 'cuz they just come back. That's the downside to the gameplay.

Story: 10/10
The story is very in-depth, but I don't want to spoil anything. Hopefully, this won't spoil anything: You can choose between Yugi and Kaiba, who both have separate storylines, allies, goals, missions, etc. Basically, you are invited somewhere, then you are introduced to a Duel Disc-like mechanism that transports you to a virtual reality world, but when you use it, you're sucked into the game, and can't leave. Maybe beating the game will get you out...

Graphics: 9/10
Very good graphics! The overworld looks okay, but the detail on monsters is great!... IMHO (In my honest opinion, for acronym confused people), of course. There is day time, then evening, then night time! You have a limited amount of time on each mission, which makes it more of a challenge, and more realistic.

Sound/Music: 8/10
The music is good, but gets very repetitive. The sound effects are great. It's very realistic, and comes out awesome. Not much to say here, so let's move on.

Controls: 10/10
The controls are simple and easy to learn, though a mistake can lead to your downfall. A slip of the fingers, and you're attacking the wrong enemy, going to the wrong place, choosing the wrong option, etc. Though, it's like that in most games, so I didn't let it change the outcome of the score here in "Controls."

Replayability: 9/10
The only reason I can think of for replaying this game is if you missed a monster to add to your army or beating both Yugi's and Kaiba's story to unlock... JOEY'S! That's a good reason for replaying, if you ask me. Otherwise, it would be because you love the game, because there really is barely anything to gain be replaying it over and over unless you're going for those things. But... that's just MHO. (My honest opinion, if you're just plain dumb... j/k... Just kidding is the translation for that overly-used acronym.) Moving on...

Rent or Buy?
This game most likely will be enjoyed by fans of Yu-Gi-Oh, RPGs, strategies, or all of them. A rent, no doubt, if not for the fact that this isn't one of those "Beat it in 7-10 hours" games. It's long and hard, so renting it is risky if you're renting it to beat it. Rent to try it out, then it's up to you.

Review in... Uh... Review
Gameplay: 9/10

Replayability: 9/10

Before I leave, I will give a shout out to people that put "Rent or Buy? Neither." WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?! Seriously! You're basically telling people that they don't like this game before most of them even play it! Some people go "Uh! Duh! I'll listen to this guy and not play this game! Duh!" Then, 70 years later, they forget what they read 70 years ago, play it, love it, but they're so dang old, they die of a heart attack!... Okay, a little overboard on that last part, but my point remains valid! You people aren't giving it a fair review! Be careful of what you write! Some people will take it very seriously and do it! If you put "If you have blonde hair, die," and someone with blonde hair reads it, they might go "Duh! Okay!", and kill themselves! Some people are really like that. I know a lot of them! We have the freedom of speech (in only some ways, that is), so don't abuse it! Okay, that's all I have to say. Maybe this last part wasn't necessary, but I had to get that out of my system. I hope you enjoyed my review! Peace out!

*Reviewer's Note*
I didn't want to offend anyone in any way. I apologize if I did. My overall score was an AVERAGE. I didn't just say "This game is perfect! 10/10!" or "This game sucks! 0/10!" I gave it a fair review. This review was WAY longer than it had to be, but I wanted to make it thorough. this review had enough characters at "Graphics." I wanted this to be very useful, long it may be. Better than a waste of time though, right?... Right... RIGHT?!... Well, I think so, so yeah. Right... RIGHT?!... Right. Yeah. Okay. Leaving. Peace... Out..... <_< >_> *Leaves*
