"You can probably find this in a junk store."

I saw this game used for $10, so I bought it to see if it was good or not. So I came home, put the game into my gamecube. And after two hours, I said THIS IS SO BORING! Now I want my $10 back. (I gave the game to my friend for free, because it was so awful. He never even played it, because he said it looked boring) Because it IS!!!

The graphics are so UGLY! The dungeons all look the same, because they all are the same. It felt like the creators of this game just were lazy and didn't even want to make the dungeons any different from any other dungeon. So what you get is a mountain that looks the same as a mansion and the same as a forest and etc etc. Inside every dungeon is a maze with stairs at the end and you go up the floors and what do you find. Another maze with stairs at the end. As you can see the graphics are really bland. All you can see are monster, walls, and stairs. >_<. Every dungeon is the same thing. Except that the monsters are different and the walls are different colors. >_<. This game pretty much recycles the same dungeon over and over and over again. Long hallways and empty rooms makes up what the typical evolution world dungeon.

The characters looks far from good. They look like something from a Nintendo 64, except more uglier. The towns are plain and boring, but the dungeons are the biggest problem. Plus there are no puzzles in the dungeons. Unless you count randomly made mazes that are really dumb and take forever to do. I rather get a paper and pencil maze book than this game. And that is saying a lot.

There is voice acting, but just because there's voice acting doesn't mean this game is good. In fact don't be tricked by this game at all. It's horrible. There is background music, but the background music is so boring, (It's like bathroom music, except bathroom music is better) And they recycle the same songs over and over again. Now you have dungeons that look the same with crappy repetitive music playing. What else could go worse? Dare, I say it. THE BATTLES!!!

The battles in this game are really slow and in this game they make you train extra hard, because they make the bosses are so hard. And the gameplay is nothing different than most average RPGs. There's attack, magic, items, and guard. I think. Nothing new and nothing outstanding. So now you have dungeons that look the same with crappy music playing and almost a battle every few steps you walk. Ugh. You're fighting the same monster team over and over again, because the producers are so lazy to create new ones. Did I mention this game is totally boring and totally dull and feels really generic.

The characters I think are called Mag and Linear. It should be called this GAME is LINEAR!!! Whatever, the characters are boring and they have no background story. No realy character development and all the other characters are way too annoying. There were some other characters, but there too boring to mention.

Controls are easy to understand at least. There is no multiplayer, because this is an RPG game. The story is weak and simple minded, even a ten year old could come up with a better RPG story then this. Basically you're treasure hunters and you hunt for treasure. >_<. BLEH! Simple. CHECK. Overused. CHECK. Boring. CHECK!

This game has no secrets at all, which is pretty bad for a RPG game. You'll probably quit playing this game before it's over. It's too straight forward and too predictable and too repetitive. AND WAY TOO BORING!! Basically this game is a dungeon crawler and you must be a crazy dungeon crawler lover to love this game.

DO NOT BUY! This game is not worth it. The only reason you would get this is if someone gave it for you for free. Rent it if you like a RPG and buy it if you love fighting the same monster over again with a bland story and boring characters. And dungeons that looks the same with crappy music. Would I say buy this game ever? NO. Would I say throw this into the recycle bin and watch the nice garbage man put it into his truck and drives off into the sunset. YES!

Yep, that pretty much sums up what this game is about. So, let's do a good and bad chart. Shall we?

The Good
- Voice Acting

The Bad
- Graphics are outdated
- Character models are boring and typical
- Lame, boring, dull background music
- Turn based battles are super slow and super boring
- Doesn't add anything cool and spicy to the RPG genre
- Barely any secrets
- Dull dungeons
- Story is lame and not even worth paying attention too
- Way more RPGs better than this crap

The bad totally outweigh the good and I can't find any other reason to say this game is good. But in the future all RPG games will have voice acting and once all RPG games have that. Evolution Worlds will have nothing good about it all. How sad. Oh well.
