"Where am I, Who am I, What am I?"

Second Sight starts out when you, John Vaddik, wakes up in a hospital. He has no idea who he is. He then disscovers that he can use "powers" And your quest to find out who he is begins.
This game is very much like Psyops and possiblly better. As you go along through the story line you find out that many more power possibilities are open to you. Some of the powers are Tele-Kenesis, (don't know how to spell it.) Astro Projection, Psy-Wave, Invisibility, Possesion, Healing, and much more. I am acctually surprsied at the violence level in this game. Blood splatters and stays on the ground giving the game it's creepy feeling. In some parts of the game ,like the insane asylum, it's pretty creepy, in other parts, like New York City, it's just that plain go all in and shoot everything that moves feeling, if you know what I mean. Now for the real review.

Graphics- I'm not stunned by the graphics, I do say, though, that they are a lot better than other games on the GC. The stupid thing about the graphics though is the peoples arms and eyes. For one thing thier arms are just way to big. For another thier eyes just don't look real. During the movies in the game it will look kind of cheesy. The terrain in the game is very well made though. It does give the feeling that you're in the game itself. The ladders have rust on them and the walls look dirty. This aspect does pay off for the poor graphics in the people.

Sound- The sound is very good. The music sometimes creeps me out which has the immpression that it's a very scarey game. When people talk they do say the same thing over and over lke "what the hell?" "put me down you freak!" or "Agh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" But the neat thing is is that every person seems to have a different voice and the tone of each voice makes them sound like thier scared to be in the same room with a mass murterer.

Gameplay- Of course the gameplay is what really counts above all other things, and of course the gameplay in Second Sight is the best thing about the game. You can do many fun things such as picking up someone and throwing them off a roof. I do addmit the game is a little rusty in the beggining. It does get better later on. (I still think that the NYC level is still the best though LOL) Use your powers wisley because like all games there is a catch. You have a power bar and if you use to much power it has to recharge, my seggestion is though that during this when it is recharging, just pull out a gun and shoot a lot of people. For me it works everytime! In most games you get to play as either one of the four carachteristics of men, the small private, the 10 foot tall bazzooka dude, the officer, or the badguy, John Vaddik in a way seems to have all four traits, witch makes it a very good game. To every game there is its downside though. The lack of explosions in the game makes it not fun is some places where you feel like taking a grenade out of your invintory and you find that there are no grenades in the game. But beside that Second Sight is a great stratagy, puzzle, shoot em' up, first person/ third person game.

Go buy it now for as low as $19.95. I am TheHastatus and this was my reveiw for Second Sight.
