"Pick people up and throw them with your mind - EXCELLENT!"

There are a lot of $10 games out there now for the Gamecube. Some of them stink, and some of them are hidden gems. Second Sight is a hidden gem, possibly one of the top 5 hidden games I've ever picked up. Read on to find out why.

Graphics: (8.5/10) The game has solid graphics. The faces look pretty good, not too blocky. There weren't any huge glitches. The collision detection is pretty good due to the fact you can throw people to and fro with your psychic abilities. Solid job.

Sound: (7/10) There was nothing special about the music, but the dialogue in the game is top notch. It tells a pretty good story, captivating enough to want you coming back for more. And listening to the guards scream and cry like babies as you use your psychic powers is pretty amusing.

Controls: (8/10) Most of the time, the controls are great. There a few points when throwing people to and fro you have some problems, but its negligible. Overall, the controls are easy to pick up and cause little problems.

Challenge: (6/10) The game has its hard points, but you can heal yourself at any point with a psychic power if you can hide yourself. This takes down the difficulty level. Also, I just got done playing Resident Evil 4, and that was WAY harder than this game. But its not a walk in the park either, just the right amount to challenge you without frustrating you.

Fun Factor/Replay Value: (7/10) There are some games I play through once and don't have a huge desire to go through again. I would play this game again if I found some time. Again, I cannot emphasis enough how fun it is to pick up people and throw them. The psychic abilities in general are what makes this game unique and fun, forget using the guns whenever possible.

Overall: (8/10) I'll give you the only real drawback, no multi-player. It would be fun if there was one. But a great story with good dialogue and good controls makes for a great game. You can find this game anywhere for $7-10, so I command you to go pick it up. Now, go, don't read anything else, go pick it up!
