"There's nothing quite like chucking a car at your enemies"

The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction is a solid, free roaming game that can definitely hold it's own against other games on the cube. Most of the game is missions that seem pretty pointless but are still fun. The real meat of the game is just romping around the city tearing things apart and having fun.

Graphics: the graphics are nicely done although a lot of explosions tend to look the same. The environments are beautifully done. the only complaint I have about the graphics is that some places seem bland. All of the characters look great and everything looks nice and fluid.

Control: the greatest part of this game. There are many different things that you can do and all of them are easy to do. And if you forget how to do something there is a move list at the start screen. Wonderful controls. The controls are so smooth you could almost play this game without even practicing. Everything is really easy to do and you can even open up a list of all of the Hulk's moves and look at that if you are unsure about anything.

Freedom: the Hulk is not held back by anything. you can run around destroying the city, take a mission, or even take a bonus mission such as playing baseball with humans( as the ball of course) or soccer with a boulder and a robot goalie. Not only that but you can go anywhere on the map you want very easily. You can buy new moves after every mission and these help you smash things to bits. You can climb up buildings, leap miles away, throw and destroy practically everything in sight and even take on bonus missions between storyline missions.

Frustration: as with every other game, this game has it's frustrating moments. From ridiculous missions to tough bosses it can get really frustrating. There is always a trick to beating the bosses, and once you figure it out you can breeze right through.

Storyline: the storyline is bland. It is pretty much the whole vengeful enemy who blames you for everything. A few plot twists that really don't make any sense. If you just kind of ignore the storyline and come up with your own the problem is solved.

Difficulty: It has it's difficult moments. Mostly just enemies that gang up on you fifteen against one. Other than that and bosses not too bad. There are difficulty settings but once you become really great at the game you can easily play all the storylines.

Bosses: Most of them are fairly easy but there is almost always trick to beating them. You usually fight them in an enclosed environment, such as inside of a building or in a huge gorge.

Sound: Dismal. Boring. Bland. Very generic. BOOOMMM, AAAAGGGHHH. Nothing really special. It isn't painfully bad however.

Replayability: Excellent. You can go back and replay the story mode, keeping everything you got in the old one, play bonus missions, try and unlock everything or just simply romp around and smash the city to tiny bits. I've beaten the game around 9 or 10 times and I still enjoy playing it every time.

Is it Fun?: Yes. This game is the defenition of fun. It is pure, unchained madness.

Buy or rent: Buy it as soon as you see one. This is a really great game worth owning. If you don't like having fun then you can go ahead and rent it.

Overall: Very fun, endless hours of entertainment, complete freedom, challenging but not overwhelming, an awesome flow in gameplay, no storyline to speak of, sound is alright, and lots of unlockables to change gameplay every time you play it.
