"Fun game thats too short"

This game is really fun for being a first game in the series. It's one of the best games I own. You wont be disappointed.

Graphics 10/10
The graphics in this game are superb. The moment I played this game I new I would like it, and I do. The specials and fluent and look awesome. The models run smooth and there is no slowdowns. By the way its cel-shaded which looks like the cartoon only in 3-D. I couldn't find a single flaw in the graphics.

Sound 7/10
I liked the sound, but after a while they don't add much appeal. And the voice-overs could be better. Usually Sasuke cant even say his last name (which is Uchiha by the way), but the music and stuff is well done. I like how they used the voices from the show.

Story 4/10
The story is way to short. And only being able to do it with Naruto is a drag. It's fun the first few times, but after that its just boring. But it's fun nonetheless. You wont even get close to the depth of a game like Soul Caliber, but there's lots of different options to choose from. There's one player and vs. where you can play against your friends. There's also time attack and survival but you might only wanna play them to get high scores or unlock stuff.

Gameplay 10/10
This is what I love about this game. I love the way you fight because its so simple and you can pull of combos with ease. But it can still really be complex. My favorite character is Kyuubi Naruto.The fighting system works well and will never get old to me. Only one special at times can get repetitive but they're fun to watch.

Buy or rent?
If you like the game like me, buy it, or if your a fan. If you just want to try it out or you don't think you'll like it, rent it. It's a decent game that you'll want to try out. Most people don't like it because of its shallowness, but the fighting style might appeal to you so give it a shot.
