Bloody Roar: Primal Fury

Bloody Roar: Primal Fury was a fighting game made the the Gamecube. It is similar to the other fighting games with special moves and so on but this features one special trait: you could transform to beasts and play as them. Those people who transform into them are called zoanthropes. You could play as 16 characters each with special animals and so on.

Gameplay: Gameplay for Bloody Roar PF is cool but with many flaws. You get to unlock many characters and many cheats like big head mode. There are different modes you can play as like survival and time mode. As you beat the whole game you will start to notice that you don't have anything else to do but to fight in one player or with somebody else. It kinda gets boring after a while using the same charactes over and over again. They should have an adventure mode like Soul Calibur 2 for the Dreamcast which you fight in different places doing different tasks. The only good thing you ask is the beast modes and the different beasts. I am giving this a 6/10. It could have been better with adventure modes. 6/10

Graphics: The graphics for this game are great and excellent. They faces look realistic and so is the backround. The people real like facial hair and clothes. You could get hit by cars, fall down in the water, and fall from a building. The arenas are kind and simple that were made into realistic life. I am giving this a 10/10

Sound: The sound in this game are pretty good. Drumlike and guitar sounds in the backround. But the bad thing is little voice actings in the movies and voiceless beasts. The creaters could have put some voice acting in the characters to make it look real. The only good thing is the backround music. I am giving it a 7/10

Story: The story for this game is pretty simple and short. It is basically about gaining peacing between zoanthropes(people that could transform into beasts) and humans. That wasnt simple. You could see in the character ending videos of how harsh. They should have added more. I gave it a 5/10

Replay: The replay isnt that good. It gets a boring afterwards beating and unlocking all the characters and cheats. Add more onto it i said in all the other catergories. Make it more intense and interesting. 4/10

Overall: Overall this game is awesome. There are minor flaws that could be fixed in future fighthing games. In this game are especially the beast forms and the characters. This is what the game is about. You could play as human/beast forms. The score is 7

Rent or buy: I recommend the people to rent it first to see if its fun and if the gameplay is short. Then if you think its fun and cool go out and buy it. I hope they make more Bloody Roar Games with fewer flaws. Anyway this game is awesome and cool.
