"Great explosion to the Game Cube"

Bomberman made an explosive debut to the Game Cube. This one I think is the best ones out of the previous Bomberman games. In this game they added brand new Normal Mode and new things in the Battle Mode like dodge and reversi battle. It has improved a lot especially in the graphics and sound. This game is excellent.

Gameplay: 8/10
In this game the Normal Mode is to retrieve the six bomb elements. On the way you could get Charaboms which are creatures with unique abilities to help you along the way. Also you can combine them to form stronger ones each now with combined abilities. Then there are additional bombs too. There are ice bombs, fire bombs, and so on. The good thing is you can combine them too. That is the good part and as usual battling the bosses and enemies. In Battle Mode it is fun to try out the new stages. It is fun with all the explosion and stuff like that. Great multi player fun with your friends. The only bad thing is that the Normal Mode is too broad. Overall it is a good game.

Story: 8/10
Story is short and simple. Get six bomb elements for six worlds each containing six sub-levels and bosses. It should have been more interesting like getting this while saving somebody. This game is still excellent with some flaws in the story.

Graphics: 10/10
Graphics are excellent for this game. The graphics for the scenarios have improved and so have the people and enemies. The items look great and the small details too. I was just wondering how did Bomberman get so big? Anyway the pictures look very clear and pure.

Sound: 6/10
Sound is good for this game. Great sound effects for the explosions and voices. They should have better music for the backgrounds and enemies. It is kind of too plain.

Replay: 7/10
Replay is fun since the new modes in multi player. I am not sure about the Normal Mode. It kind of gets boring after beating it 2 times since you know what to do about it. Hudson should have put like 2 different stores to choose from. But the multi player keeps the fun pumped up.

Overall:
This game is excellent. The best part is the Battle Mode but could do some improving in the Normal Mode. Great for multi player fun.

Rent/Buy:
I would say buy because it is great multi player fun game that you could share with your friends. The story is ok but the multi player could bring a big bang to your life.
