Review by Gigglez

"Is this game a joke, because it made me want to laugh out loud."

The only reason I actually rented this game was because all the others were taken. I seriously regret this, and probably would have been better off getting a movie instead. Besides being an interactive commercial for Universal Studios, the game is swift, annoying, and boring. I beg you to stay away from this game.

Graphics: 5/10
I'd have to say that the graphics are this game's (only) high point. Of course, as far as I've seen, all Gamecube games have fairly decent graphics. The animation in the Jurassic Park game is the best.

Control: 1/10
What control? You have your basic functions, running around and looking at your map. That's all we need, right? The controls in Backdraft make you want to cry.

Sound: 2/10
The only fairly decent music is in the park's few meager games. Sound effects are dull and repetitive. Ho hum. Woody Woodpecker's voice is nice, though.

Story: 1/10
You're a kid in Universal Studios. You have to collect stamps throughout the park, and pick up trash for money. Sound fun? I didn't think so.

Games: 4/10
The main reason it got a four here was for the Jurassic Park game.
Backdraft: 2/10
It would have been fun if not for the absolutely horrible controls.
Jaws: 4/10
I liked this one, surprisingly. Jaws is well animated.
Back to the Future: 4/10
Just like a typical racing game. You have to bump Biff with your car to stop him.
E.T.: 1/10
What a snore. Riding your bicycle, you have to get E.T. back to his ship. Wear the Jaws cap on this one, and you'll laugh when you see your silhouette against the moon. x.x
Wild Wild Wild West: 5/10
I also liked this game. Just like an ordinary shooting game.
Jurassic Park: 8/10
Ahh, for the game's (only) highlight. You shoot down the dinosaurs while riding in a jeep. I would have given it a higher rating if it was a bit shorter.
Trivia Quiz: 1/10
I was pulling my hair out by the time I finished this. Most of the questions are about Back to the Future, and its sequels, which I haven't seen.
Waterworld: 1/10
Yay! Let's watch a ship fly into the water from different angles!

Difficulty: Medium
It took me a few tries to beat the T-Rex at the end of Jurassic Park. Plus I spent much time cursing over Backdraft and its horrible controls. So, it gets a medium.

Buy or Rent?
Neither. It's not worth your time.

I think this game has a purpose for those who play it. When you see how horrible of a game it is, you'll take your money and go to the real Universal Studios instead. Brainwashing perhaps? Hmm, just some food for thought. ^_^
