Mario Party 4

"Need a Party Idea?? Get Mario Party 4!!"

Intro:
This is the the first time I've bought a Mario Party, so I can't say which one is the best. But so far I've been having a lot of fun.

Game Play 7/10
It's fun at the beginning to play the story mode(I probably wouldn't play the Board Game if all the games were already unlocked), but playing on story mode gets less fun slowly(This part lowers the score)but, the Mini-Games are a different story, although it's fun to play the Mini-Games alone, it's a blast to play with friend's or other people. The Mini-Games are the only reason I got this game, I would not have even thought about it only was a board game.

Sound 9/10
The Music for the story mode part gets annoying after a while(Doesn't really bother me unless I'm losing), but the Mini-Games have better Music. And the sound affects are great.

Controls 8/10
The controls on the board are really simple. Whenever you are going to do something the the board, their is a menu that tells you what button does what. During the Mini-Games it's a little harder. Some Mini-Games have lots of buttons you have to use(I press the practice button to understand on how to use the keys), but other than that the controls are as simple as using the JoyStick.

Graphics 10/10
The Graphics are amazing. Everything is easy to spot. The game really uses the true power of the Game Cube. Some stuff in the game looks almost REAL. If you get games because of the graphics, than you should get this game.

Replay Value 9/10
This game has a lot of replay value. I'd give it a ten if I always had someone to play with. Their is no real end to the game(making it's replay value higher). And since their are so many games, it will be hard to get bored. You probably won't get bored of it in a long time if you always have someone to play with.

Overall 9/10
This game is really fun, but their is no real action in it. If you are a fan of Mario Parties, I think this would be the best one(I not sure, but it's more fun than when I played the other Mario Parties at the store). If you have friends that come over all the time and play video games then get this. If you don't have anyone to play with than, it's hard to enjoy it for a long time. And remember it's not a party until something gets broken. :-)
