"Ultimate bond experience"

Introduction
When I heard this game was coming out I thought ugh.... another effort by EA to make a FPS with the Bond License.
For me, Goldeneye is and always will be the king of FPS's. This is EA's third attempt at trying to recapture the magic of Goldeneye and I must tip my hat to them...they were very close.

Gameplay
I don't own many FPS's but the gameplay in Nightfire is very good. The controls are responsive, the levels are innovative and the weapons are excellent. The AI is second to none with enemies being smarter than ever. There is a good mixture of shooting and driving levels which help to make the game not become stale and tried. The driving missions are very fun but the main action is in the FPS levels.

Graphics
Whoa...the graphics blew me away. Very detailed visuals add to a game and it has helped Nightfire enourmously. The reload animations are spot on, ememy models are great and the facial expressions are amazing. Getting the licensing to use Pierce Brosnans face also add to the game with the resemblance being almost scary. The FMV's are simply stunning, they blend into the game so well and the transitions are so quick you could think it was real time.

Sound
The sound in Nightfire is pretty good. Good gun shots, cries from the enemies and music is also decent. However the voice acting is superb. The only exception is Bond's voice however it is understandable that EA couldn't get the real Pierce Brosnan to do the voice acting.

Replay
The one downside to the game. The single player mode is in all harshness quite short. Their are three difficulties with different things to unlock which helps alot and the multiplayer is also a saving grace. The Multiplayer is fabolous with it being on par with Goldeneye and Perfect Dark.

Rent/Buy
I highly recommend getting this game if you are a Bond fan or a fan of FPS's. If you are not are Bond fan I recommend renting the game first and seeing that it is quite brilliant.

Conclusion
Nightfire is a brilliant game. If only the single player had been longer it would recieve a better score. It has stunning visuals, good audio and is a very fun game to play.
Check this game out, it is worth it.
