Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

"Harry Potter: Great game, but not without flaws! A must have!"

INTRO
If you want a good adventure game then Harry Potter is the way to go. Obviously a great game from a mile away. I mean, it's great! An absolutly must have, escpically if you are a Harry Potter fan. Probably EA's best game up to date!

Graphics 10/10
The graphics are great! They could have been better but are good the way it is. Although their are quite a few glicthes Harry Potter never ceases to amaze. When you jump some times, Harry Potter may try to climb up on a ledge in thin air. The graphics while flying are also good. And I mean really good. When you are flying, or even walking the, Harry's cape floats behind him, it looks really cool. Every spell has a different animation depending on how much you power it up.

Gameplay 8/10
The game is actually extremely enjoyable. But the reason I only gave it a 8 was because of it's lengthiness. This is one of the shortest games I have seen or played in my life(almost as short as A Bug's Life for Ps1). I started playing Harry Potter at about 7:00 at night, and I won it about 5pm the next day. That's right. I won in less than 24 hours. Now, 3 days after starting playing, I still haven't collected all the wizard cards, which aren't complusory.
Also duelling is fun but you only have 2 in the whole game. Quidditch is also fun. But you only have 3 matches in the game. You can play practice if you are really into quidditch. It would have been a lot better if duelling was a mini-game.

Story 10/10
Although the story is a lot different then the book itself, it doesn't really matter. Infact the story is quite interesting and really suits the game well. I don't want to spoil the game so I won't go to detailed in this section.

Sound: 8/10
The sound in this game isn't great. Infact it isn't really good at all. The only reason I gave it an 8 is because of the sound when you are flying and when their are ghosts around the sound is really cool.

Extra stuff 10/10
There are a lot of extra stuff in this game, that make the game a lot more fun. These include the Sickles only at the start of the game, which are used to buy the necessary stuff. Then come the Berty Botts Every Flavour Beans, which is the currency at Hogwarts, and the wizards cards are really great and collecting them is a fun pass-time. You can also buy these cards from Ron's older brothers Fred and George. Also see Neville for Mini-Games. The games are Gnome Dunking, Gnome Tossing and Racing.
