FIFA Soccer 2003

"Gamecube strikes back with...soccer? Yes!"

I have just bought Fifa 2003 for Gamecube and I must say that is it fantastic. It displays the type of game action any true soccer player would ever want. Those of you who do not play soccer will still enjoy this for its fun-filled and many optioned game. It allows you to pick from an enormous amount of teams and has modes for people wanting single player action or multiplayer. I would recommend all people with any interest in the game, to go out and check this. It will surprise you as it did for me.
Anyway, I am going to display some ratings...

Graphics 10/10: Superb graphics for a starting game on GC. The player's bodies are smooth and well formatted. Their actions are also very clear. The game displays many fields from around the world with beautiful graphics. People will be very satisfied with this aspect of the game. It blew my
head away when I saw them!

Gameplay 10/10: Wow! This game displays every game option you could possibly want to play in. This goes from seasons and tournaments to shootouts and practices. Not only that but all of the game modes are well detailed for you and anyone else to have fun. The practice is extremely cool when you are a beginner. They let you practice set plays that are nearly impossible to practice in any other game!

Replay Value 9/10: Yes of course, the replay value is strong. Seasons of fun can be obtained over and over. The shootouts can be played over and over with all of your friends. Games are of course addicting. You will play one game and then want to be another team any play another game. This comes from the great selection of teams.

Story: This game is only based on winning tournaments and the world cup. Other then that, there is no real story.

Sound 9/10: First of all, the game music is awesome! I could sit and listen to it like I do a regular CD. It really gets you into the mood of starting a fun filled soccer match. Also, the sound effects in this game are really nice. They crunching sound of the tackles and the pump shot sound of kicking the ball really make people act as if they were in the shoes of the soccer player.

Rent/Buy: You should buy this because if you rent it you most likely will just go ahead and want to buy it!

Overall: 9+9+10+10/4=9.5 rounded to 10!
I am going to rate this game a perfect 10. I would recommend this game to anyone at all interested. Now go out and have some fun soccer action!
