"Not as "Zombieish""

This game is a direct port from the Playstation version. Nothing much has improved on this system. This game is a horror and suspense game that deals with kicking zombie butt. Also to save themselves along the way. Does a port to another system make it as good as the other one?

Game play: 9/10
This game has all the elements to make a horror and scary game. You get to pick two characters each with a different story line. This is a sequel to Resident Evil 2. This game is fun, strategic and scary at the same time. Even though it is a port, this game is fun even without improvements. There are various weapons to kill your zombies and red dogs with. Also there are scary ass looking bosses to fight at the end of each mission. Along there are unlockables you can get and play at diffrent levels to test your skill.

Graphics: 6/10
Gamecube has Playstation type graphics. This is what screwed up the faces and the surroundings. These kind of graphics could have been improved at least a little. But since it is a port, it still looks exactly the same. That ruined some of the horror but it is still ok. Also some camera angles are frustrating especially at tight places. The zombies and dogs became blocky and so is your character. Some parts are stills scary even though of the bad graphics. The zombies are below average and so is the environment. It is still ok.

Sound: 7/10
Sound is average. The sound effects are ok and good. There is still the effects in which type of environments you are in. Spooky noises can still scare the heck out of you.

Controls: 8/10
Controls is the only conversion made to this system. The controls are kind of hard at first but can be mastered in a little while. Walking is simple and firing the weapons too. It can get some time to get used to like some other games.

Overall:
This game is great to add to your Resident Evil series if you didn't play it before. I wouldn't call it that scary on Gamecube since it is a Playstation port. But it is still scary overall.

Rent/Buy:
I would call the people who played it before to rent it. People who never played it before should buy it. It is at a low price of 39.99. The price is cheap and lower than regular priced video games.
