Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions
Review by lenny
"The missions felt like GTA Vice city only not aloud to leave the car"
This game is set in Hong Kong and The Yakuza are ripping up the streets and are totally out of control. The people of Hong Kong are hit by cars and terrorized and the Police just can't seem to stop the Yakuza. Someone needs to stop them and that someone is you. You are an member of an elite police force known as the Flying Dragons or you are a pair of Spies hired to beat the Yakiza and take down the head of the Yakuza, Tiger Takagi.
The game play in Wreckless The Yakuza Mission is easy to play but hard to master,There are two differant types of Brakes. Pressing B is the normal brake and Y is the hand brake. The game has 10 mission for both the Spies and the Flying dragon, you must beat the missions on easy and on Hard, there are also sub-missions such as hit 50 cars or hit 150 objects. The control is Wreakless is very tight, so that if you turn sightly, the car will move as well, making it very difficult to do missions where you can't damage something on board your car. Each mission is explained before going into the level and sometimes you'll see a cut scene before going in to the mission and than you'll see one after. If you successfully complete the main objective, you will move on to the next set of missions.
The story is Wreakless the Yakuza Missions is that the Yakuza (Hong Kong street gang) is on a rampage and you as the Hong Kong police or the Spies must stop them at all costs and take them down before they do any more damage
The story in this game includes some cut scenes and than you start to get to know the people in the game and like certain poeple and dislike others
The graphics in the Game Cube verison of Wreakless seem really well done considering how large the environments are, The colors on the people on the street all seem differant and well played out so that you don't see the same person in the same area. The sound is really good as well because you can hear the tires and the motors of all the cars, Some bigger cars make differant nosies than the smaller ones.
The Play time is really good because each mission is difficult and than you beat it,but than you have to get Gold by doing the sub mission and than you beat it on hard and try and get Gold, and than you beat the bonus mission and try to get gold. It will take a while to beat the game and after you are done, you fell like going back later to try and beat some of you're old records
Over all I was really surprised by Wreak less the Yakuza Missions, I got because it was a cheap game and it turned out it to a really great game, one that my friends and I enjoy a lot. So I think you should check it out. HG 4 life
